The article is saying he "deserves" to make $7.5 million.
As much as I hate to say it, I'd rather have Doris Meow back for about the same price. All Frye can do is shoot three's. I'll be mad if the Suns sign him for more than $5 million.
What do you guys think he's worth to us and/or elsewhere??

Was that article written by his mother ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Or maybe his Agent ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
@ 7.5 million? no way in hell! He is opting out because when the new CBA goes through, he will be a 2 million dollar player.
From what i understand, what they are trying to do with the new CBA Rudy Gay/ David Lee type players would be making around that 7.5 million mark, while top tier guys (Kobe/LeBron/Amare) would be around 15 million.
Offer him 2-3 million and if he walks, oh well.

They shouldn't even bring him back for the vets minimum, he can't guard centers or forwards in the post and the only thing he can do well is chuck up three pointers. Would much rather have them bring Dwayne Jones back over him next season...
