E-Mail REply Notification not working?

Its not an e-mail issue I don't think. I checked the junk folder and I got the activation E-Mail when I signed up. I'll change to my old e-mail address and see if that works.

Changing the E-Mail address didn't work either. So ERN is broking on the site.
