My rough draft proposal: Al Jefferson + #17 for Bosh and #13
_____
Tiago Splitter- High BBIQ, quick for his size, experienced, the Spurs drafted him (doesn't hurt), and he speaks Spanish. I want him because he's an insurance policy in case Pekovic is a bust. If you get the two of the best centers in Europe, your bound to get at least one good one.
It's my understanding that the Spurs simply can't afford to sign him. I posted a trade proposal on the Spurs board about trading Pekovic or #23, and received positive replies.
_____
Josh Childress -
Not only is he tougher, but NBA scouts say he has become a better shooter and a more versatile decision-maker. As one NBA team executive put it, "He's making more money over there than he could have made in the NBA, and he's going to come back with a better understanding of how to play different positions. At the end of the day, he made a good decision to go over there."
I like how he can play SG or SF. Great all around game and could have more upside. I would call him Afro Thunder.

They got Jamal Crawford, Marvin Williams, Joe Johnson. We got cap space.
_____
Conley- His contract is shorter than Sessions'. Memphis may want the cheaper contract in Sessions in order to make resigning Gay easier. Conley can hold the fort down until Rubio comes here.
