Yanks at Jays

Post#1 » by TKF » Sat Jun 5, 2010 2:07 am

Tough loss tonight.. took one on the chin 6-1... just 2.5 games ahead of both the jays and sox, and just 2 games behind the cooling Rays... we need to take this series... I would like to go into baltimore with the chance to seperate ourselves even more...

the yanks are pitiful.... man on second and third and no outs, swishes strikes out looking bad in a situation in which all he had to do was make contact.. He offers up some of the most ridiculous at bats in critical situations..

then they walk tex to load the bases and A-rod strikes out..... if not for the wild pitch and cano's single that would have been a disaster inning...

texiera is just awful, he;s really regressed and shown a big time weakness to the changeup...he's stealing money from this team

nice win.. javy pitches another gem.. and mo comes in and closes the show with 5 pitches.. key for mo.. his velocity was up to 93. that is going to make him even tougher...

good win..

if not for his defense at first, I would say, bench him..

Nice win to end the series, that was a hard game on Saturday to come back from. Cano back rocking it.
