Bosh is signed and traded by Toronto to Miami for Beasley and Chalmers (6 year contract)
Boozer signed and traded to Orlando for Gortat, Bass, and future #1 pick (6 year contract)
Stoudamire sign and traded to Nets (6 year contract) for Courntey Lee and a future #1 pick
Joe Johnson signs with Miami outright (5 year deal)
David Lee signs Knicks (5 year contract)
Nowitzki resigns with Mavs (6 years)
Pearce signs Nets in surprise to league

Toronto loses Bosh but gets Beasily and chalmers
Utah loses Boozer but gets Gortat, Bass and future #1
Suns lose Stoudamire but get C. Lee and future #1
Nets get Stoudamire and Pearce but lose C. Lee and future #1
Mavs remain status quo but could make run at Garnett later in summer trade
Celtics get gutted as lose Pearce and Allen for nothing in their sinking ship
--they rebuild by trading away Garnett as well (deal to be done later in summer)
Gay to Clippers
Knicks get shutout on big name free agents but fill roster with lesser free agents

No way Joe Johnson signs on a team where Dwayne Wade shoots all the shots.

I really think that we will see alot of movement as stars seek to join other stars. Thus the era of the superteams.

I really believe Lebron is bolting Cleveland. Lebron has repeatedly stated he wants to become one of the richest people in the world, and that's a little hard to do in Cleveland. If he was was smart, and wants to go to a big market where he can win right away, he'll go to Chicago and pair up with D-Rose. They have a really nice core.

Lebron/Bosh in Chicago.

I like your predictions but I think Joe Johnson goes to New York.
Stoudamire resigns with the Suns.
Chicago signs Ray Allen plus Boozer

It's gonna be the most hyped up uneventful free agency period in league history. half or more players will stay with their teams

I actually think this is one of the NBA events that lives up to the hype.

Once one domino falls you are going to see Knee Jerk reactions all over the place. It's going to mostly be in the Eastern Conference, but there will certainly be changes.

No way the Bulls strike out completely and only land Allen. They have one of the better situations in the NBA. I am pretty sure they can have their pick of th tier two guys at any time. (Lee, Booz, JJ, ect.)

Also, THE JAZZ HAVE NO SAY OR PULL! Boozer decides where he is going to go. Orlando is not going to invest in a max (or close to) for a PF with Lewis on the roster. It makes no sense. If you want to start a wishlist, then good job. But to predict that is homerish.

Sorry, but the Jazz are not getting a top 20 center in the NBA, Mikel Pietris, and a draft pick for nothing.

Lets say Boozer did decide that he wanted to go to Orlando and the Magic wanted him. Orlando has all of the leverage. They are not giving up 2 good pieces and a pick to make it happen.

I don't quite see what Orlando's leverage is. They're over the cap; if the Jazz turn down the deal, the player they want goes somewhere else.

First of all, Orlando doesn't want Boozer.

Second of all, whomever Boozer decides to play for has the leverage, he is a free agent.

If the Jazz turn down the deal, Orlando signs him outright, via salary dump to clear the space.

As you said, Orlando is over the cap. They are not investing mega bucks in another PF.

If Orlando has no real interest in Boozer, then why the hell are you on Utah's board trying to convince everyone the Jazz have no leverage against the Magic in a sign and trade?!

Please share what the salary dump would be, since it would be so easy for them.
