POR/HOU Trade Idea?

Post#1 » by jeffhardyfan52 » Mon Jul 5, 2010 12:09 am

Just playing around on the trade checker so tell me what you think

Portland out:
Rudy Fernadez
Andre Miller

Portland in:
Trevor ariza
Aaron Brooks

Works on the trade checker

Why for portland: brings in pretty good replacement for miller
why for Houston: they where rumored to be intrested in rudy

Thoughts?

Rudy Fernandez is not worth either of those players

jeffhardyfan52, let me ask you this:

Would you give up your starting point guard (who is young & improving) and starting small forward for a backup shooting guard (who is not content being a backup) and an older point guard (who is on the decline)?

Everyone knows Fernandez sucks. We aren't going to get suckered that easily, sorry.

Not giving up Brooks! Fernandez is a bench player not a starting SF and with Martin on the team he would not stat at shooting guard either. We also have Budinger who is the first SF/SG of the bench

As others have mentioned, a big NO to this trade proposal!
