Bell's veteran experience and pure defensive hustle on the floor is greatly needed and should rub off on others. A perfect signing!!! KOC and the Millers stepped up to the plate and built a championship contender. Im a very happy Utah Jazz fan!!!
Top 4 seed in the West!!! Guaranteed!!!

Heard him in a radio interview last week and now here, he looks VERY happy to be back. In his last two full seasons he was All-Defensive 1st and 2nd team, so really looking forward to that defense!

I forgot how well spoken he is, and I am excited to see a more settled in Raja. He knows what he can do on the floor now, hopefully that translate well into this system again.

Excited to see him as an analyst after his career is over also, he has TNT written all over him.

Yeah, if he's healthy he can make us forget Matthews pretty fast.
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

So are we supposed to assume he's not gonna be healthy?

No leg problems, so I'm not worried.

Plenty of you assumed it of Boozer. What makes Bell any different? Try judging all by the same standards for a change.

So exactly when did we assume Boozer wouldn't be healthy?

Leg injuries are completely different.

I don't remember, but did Raja have injury problems while he played for us? Not arguing, just wondering.

Also, I am much MUCH MUCH more willing to have an injury with a 3m a year SG with a smaller role rather than your go to scorer that you pay 13m a year. You can't seriously suggest that both should be judged similarly?

He looks to be in really good shape.......

I'm kind of excited about having him back...... He's going to open things up inside for Jefferson with his outside shooting........ And we know he can run the break, so he won't have any problems keeping up with D-Will.......

Agreed, and Bell has been out with wrist surgery which had a definite time table that he completed. It just so happened that GSW was in tank mode and had no reason to play Bell when he was back and healthy. He should actually be very healthy because he's had a year off from his old legs, he should be well rested.

For a guy like Raja just listen to what he said. Yes he missed much of last year but he has played here before and knows the system. He has been healing up for a year and like said above no leg injuries. He also talks about burning off some fat. Raja will be fine and a big piece on the jazz this year.
