Some people might come in here and harp "Its just preseason", but bad football is bad football, and I know bad football when I see it.

3rd preseason game is usually the "dress rehearsal" for the regular season, and I have to say the Bears look like/play like a team destined for a 6-10 or worse season. But hey Lovie Smith would be gone and maybe the Bears will get a coach who can, you know, coach.

I was there tonight and man, just brutal. The O-Line is even slower and less effective in person.

That was just awful.

I'm drinking the koolaide. I'm trusting the GM & the coaches. 'I'm the ultimate Homer, but this preseason has left me feeling like I accidentally left my front door open and when I return my home will be empty. Geez.

+1, is it too soon to start eye balling O-line players in next years draft?

Remember 2 years ago when we looked like crap in the preseason and then we destroyed the Colts, went 9-7, and had a plus/minus of +29 on the season? We weren't world-beaters by any means, but we looked better during the regular season than we did during the preseason.

Now I'm not saying that the Bears will be a good football team this year, but I think that It's premature to write us off before the season even starts.

I remember four years ago when teams were scared of our defense.

True s***. With this defensive philosophy, it's like they just sit back waiting for something instead of attacking to make something. Lovie's downfall may end up being his decision to push away Ron Rivera.
