Offers for Vick

Hey guys, in a 12 team ppr..

Current line up is

QB: Cutler, Vick, A.Smith
RB: S.Jackson, Hightower, F.Jones, Forsett
WR: Fitzgerald, Gaffney, S.Smith (NYG), Houshmanzadeh
TE: H.Miller

We start 1 qb, 2 rb, 3 wr, 1 te, 1 d, 1 k and 1 w/r/t

I also have Burleson and Edelman at WR but I plan on dropping them for Tolbert/Snelling..

Anyway, I've been getting offers for Vick, the two I've got so far are Santonio Holmes straight up for Vick and Mike Williams (TB)

Should I pull the trigger on any of these?

Its clear I need some better WR's, are they worth it? or should I try trading vick for Matt Forte or another pass catching rb..

Now is the prime time to sell Vick. When Kolb comes back, Vick's value takes a hit. I have a feeling Vick may get another shot, as Kolb was not impressive this season before he got hurt. But I doubt it will come until the second half of the season, if at all.

Now, I don't know that Holmes or Williams really improves your WRs that much. Either would likely be your 3rd option, and might be a slight upgrade over Gaffney. But I would look for a deal elsewhere, or throw in another player to sweeten the deal. You could really use another top end WR, assuming this is standard scoring.

Well, Vick's value just went up! I would definitely look for better WRs than Holmes or Williams.

Moreno. Forte is on fire right now, but he can be very incosistent, as his production relies on breaking a big play through the air. Also, his value is about as high as it can get, and he has a brutal playoff matchup in weeks 14-16.

Edit: Forgot you need a WR more than a RB. I wouldn't do it for Collie. Moreno or Forte is good value for Vick, but it seems like they wouldn't be the best value for your team. You really need a WR.

I like that deal, except you are already so stacked at RB. Jacoby Jones is okay, but he's currently fighting with Walter for the #2 spot. For right now, I don't think he's cosistent enough to be played every week, and you definitely need a solid starting WR. I'd wait.
