what does it take to trade for Durant?

Post#1 » by F1uxCapacit0r » Thu Oct 14, 2010 7:14 pm

its a head to head league 14 teams. right now my team is

Kidd
J. Jack
bibby
J.R. smith
iggy
lewis
green
B. lopez
M. gasol
duncan
tyrus thomas
chandler
C. anderson

I offered Iggy and M. Gasol for Durant and Hibbert. is that enough? if not who would you trade? who is expendable. is it even worth trading for durant or is my team good enough to stand pat. basically i wanna get rid of M. Gasol because i have him on 4 teams and iggy on three teams.

I also offered iggy and gasol for lebron and camby is that too greedy>?

That is definitely not enough. You can't expect to get Hibbert back in that deal. To tell the truth, I wouldn't do that deal if it was Iggy and Gasol for just Durant.

Iggy and Brook Lopez might get the job done, but you have to ask whether that is worth doing for you. What is your strategy in H2H? The best way to win your league is to focus on dominating enough categories to win consistently every week.

You have a good amount of rebounding and blocked shots already with your big men. You also have a good start on 3-pointers with Kidd and Lewis and JR. I'd work on improving your assists and maybe steals instead of worrying about overpaying for a player you don't really need to have a good team.

the only person i can really see who has trade value is M. gasol and maybe T. thomas and maybe chandler. who should i target with those three.?

Is chandler worth hanging onto to make up for kidd's crappy point totAls?

I wouldn't count on that. Like I said don't worry about your weaknesses, you only have to win 5 categories a week, unless you have more than 9 cats, to have a team that can win it all. Work on winning blocks, boards, 3s, assists, and steals and the other stuff later. Which FAs are available?
