OT: the Sanchize

I don't think he's that great but the main issue is the playcalling. Shotty has got to go.

The main issue is 7 dropped balls yesterday. Sanchez was placing them very well, receivers weren't holding on. Holmes misses a guaranteed TD. Cotch and Keller catch two balls then lose them as they go to the ground (although I think both INTs were bull). Greene drops a screen pass with nothing but room to run. Sanchez was not the problem yesterday, at all. I don't even think it was Schotty although I would have run more.

Coaching staff did not have a good game. But Schotty's not going anywhere. Unless this team really implodes the rest of the way they are not going to fire a main coach like that during the year. I just hope he gets hired as a head coach this offseason. I've never liked him.

agree completely with the dropped balls... gotta hang this loss on the receivers... really beat themselves... jets played more then well enough to win... just too many mistakes that cost them points...

See I knew this would happen. Sanchez has over 250 yards passing yesterday despite his receivers acting like the ball was a freaking hot potato. I thought he threw the ball exceptionally well with no running game to speak of yesterday. At the end of the day, the dropped balls are inexcusable but the 2 "interceptions" were absolute bull calls that the NFL needs to address. You can't just rip the ball out from a guy on the ground and that's a pick. WTF. You can't hang this loss on Sanchez because had his guys actually made some plays out there we'd have won this football game. 7 points was going to beat the Packers yesterday and Holmes and Greene should have gotten us 14 between them.
