I don't know how this isn't a thread already lol!
but my boy Dustin has been re-signed for another year.

I really hope he can make it back, at least to the bullpen.

The Toronto Blue Jays signed hard-luck right-hander Dustin McGowan to a one-year deal worth US$450,000 Thursday ahead of a midnight deadline for tendering players 2011 contracts.

With Tallet gone, we need his burns now more than EVER!

EDIT: I would love to see McGowan and Tallet take part in Movember just see what kind of bitchin 'staches they'd come up with.

I can't help but keep thinking this has the potential to be a Chris Carpenter situation (okay, so I'm reaching high here). The Jays let him walk and look what happened when good health and figuring it out meshed together. Dustin has amazing stuff- if he gets his health and confidence back, he's electric and a top of the rotation guy.
