Nick Van Exel's son has been charged with capital murder in connection with the death of his neighbor, according to Dallas police.
Nickey Van Exel was arrested Wednesday night and is being held in lieu of $1 million bail.
Bradley Bassey Eyo was found shot to death near Lake Ray Hubbard on Sunday.
