Bucks win if DIRK is out.

Mavs will be motivated and energized if DIRK suits up, therefore obliterating the Bucks.

I just read that Marion will be out for this one as well...

Source is one of the biggest german sports website. They usually take their stuff / quotes from espn / yahoo etc.

God, it sucks how you can win 17 of 18, looking unstopable and ready to take over the best record in the league and then just like that, Dirk lands wrong and you're already close to falling back into the pack.

This situation was the main reason I was a huge proponent of an Al jefferson trade this past offseason. I wanted an inside presence but I really wanted super insurance for Dirk. I know he has a big contract left but Id always say that if Dirk goes down for months, then we wouldnt be dead in the water. I guess it all worked out with Chanldler, but maybe it would have been nice to have gotten Al J. and somehow worked out a deal for Chandler too, then we'd be set. But I know realistically if we got jefferson, they'd never have gone after Chandler. And due to his defensive impact, the right trade was made.

I totally agree. I was on that bandwagon too. I cannot complain about the Chandler minus Carroll & Najera aquisition, but we are still left without that insurance in case our starting PF went down.

Hopefully, Rick will let Ajinca and Mahinmi have a feild day and hopefully limit Cardinal to Butler's backup. I have no faith he would, but I can still hope.

Milwaukee is the Mavs cryptonite. Even last year, it took a Dirk buzzer beater to beat you in that one win. Then you guys beat us this year.

Oh, that is gonna suck.

Been without our 2nd best scorer all year. Down our best scorer the last 3 games. Now our 3rd best scorer is on the floor. Sad thing is our 4th best scorer is shooting 32% over the last 3 games.
