Question about LeBrick

Post#1 » by Hogified05 » Fri Jan 7, 2011 4:30 am

Orlando fan here. First off let me say I admire Cleveland fans for still showing up to the games and supporting the team. Florida teams (unless its college football) are only supported when they are good. Its sad, but I've been with Orlando through the dark days however. Not all of us are bandwagon jumpers! Just wanted to say I salute you guys.

Now to my question. I was looking at this photo slideshow on cnnsi.com about basketball players with football ties. Had like Iverson, Nate Robinson, J.R. Smith and of course Lebron. Well J.R. said if there was a NBA lockout next year he would pursue an NFL career. It got me thinking what if LeBron decided to do the same because I know he loved football as well. If he joined the browns for a year and they had a playoff push would that ease some of the venom from people of Ohio and you guys? Just wondering I know it would never happen, he be crazy to risk injury. Plus he probably go to Dallas.

Also I've always disliked Lebrick even before this summer. Just everyone joins me now haha
The hero Orlando deserves is out there somewhere, Dwight was not the one we needed. So we will hunt for him...

LeBron doesn't do contact so I can't ever really see him playing football

Exactly so. He always avoids any possible form of physical contact, even when playing basketball, that I could not ever see him playing American Football. It's just not likely.

For one season, I could see it. His contract would probably have some BS about only targeting him in the slot once a game, everything else would have to be go routes.
Well at least we're not Detroit!
