The guy is a warrior, very deserving to be an all-star, although I hope he gets that time to rest and heal.

I would love for EJ to be an all-star, but I don't think it will be this year unless a few guys pulled out. The coaches aren't going to vote in 2 players from a team with a losing record, although I suppose there is the possibility that we could have a winning record at that time under the best of conditions.

Kobe, Paul, Williams, Ginobili, Parker, Ellis, Westbrook, Nash and Martin are all in the mix. At least 5 of those guys are locks. If Gordon keeps improving, then he'll definitely have a least a few All-Star appearances in his career.

Gordon struggled in the first half, but really stepped it up in the second half. Too bad it wasn't enough to win tonight, but it is encouraging that he can play well with his hurt finger.
