Gordon Won't Travel With Clippers Due To Sprained Wrist

I guess he won't be playing on this mini road trip

Eric Gordon will not travel with the Clippers to Dallas due to a sprained right wrist.

Gordon suffered the injury in a fall during the second quarter of the Clippers 113-109 victory over the Golden State Warriors on Saturday.

Gordon will remain in Los Angeles to undergo further evaluation and treatment and is listed as a game time decision for tomorrow’s game against the Mavericks.

Yeah, I heard this on the radio earlier today. EJ is a warrior, and he would play through anything, but he needs to rest and heal himself now. We are going to need players to step up with him out (namely Baron Davis, and the bench) - Since it's on the road against Dallas and Houston, it's not going to be easy at all, and just might be downright painful.

VDN should let EJ rest that wrist so that Butler/Foye can man the SG position. Plus, having Cook back will make a huge difference. Remember folks Dallas is just as banged up as we are.

My God is NBA.com lazy as hell. There's a big picture of EJ going up for a dunk, with the following below: "Eric Gordon and the Clippers try to end an eight-game slide in Dallas as they visit the Mavs."

On 710 or 570 a sports report said 6-8 weeks no bs so that was incorrect I'm assuming?

I've heard 3-4 weeks, I really hope it's not 6-8 weeks. We can't play that long without him.
