Anyone else play Halo/NBA 2k? I could use some other people to play with to get my mind off the Jazz.

Used to play 360 a lot, but mostly PS3 nowadays. Now that the hackers are going to start ruining PS3 MP, I may go back to 360. LBP2 is really cool, that's my game right now. Did black ops for a while, but got tired of it kinda quick. They need to make a shooter with some good innovation.

Yeah agreed. I haven't gotten sick of Halo: Reach yet though, best game of the franchise.

My gamertag is "Guitarmy Jon" if anyone wants to play, especially reach but I'm also down with 2k11.

It's expensive, but I hear the killzone 3 has that move shooter, they were showing it off at sundance a few days ago in the sony room. From the reviews I've heard it's really responsive and smooth.

Hopefully a new metal gear game or other shooters will use it..

Anyway on topic, I'm a PS3 guy but I don't have 2K..tried the demo but the court and colors of the Jazz kind of scared me away for being incorrect. But I hear it's the best basketball game out there. Halo burned out on me years ago although it is fun doing co-op campaign.

The move is so much better than the wii, too bad it's really expensive and not that great in a lot of games. The kinect is meh. Good for dancing games and the like, but not really for serious gamers. The move has the most potential for serious gamers. That gun looks really cool. I don't know why they haven't figured out that configuration for any wii guns. They always have the nunchuk in the back, which is really awkward feeling when you control your character with it. Having it in the front would be much more natural, because that's how you aim a smg.

I've played around with all of them...

Move is better than Wii but Wii has better titles overall. Kinect is better than both of them but is very limited in title selection. I'm expecting the biggest future from Kinect so I would suggest getting that if anyone is looking into grabbing a "motion gaming device".

CoD: Black Ops map pack is out today. I'll probably get it just for the new zombies map. Also, the Bulletstorm demo is fun and Crysis 2 demo wasn't half bad. I'll be picking up Bulletstorm when it comes out for sure. I'm really excited about GoW3, I think it's going to be one of the most impressive 360 games of the year (early beta entry included with Bulletstorm. Also rumored to have Kinect playable features).

I've never tried the move but looking at videos it seems really smooth and fluid, hopefully they'll use the ps3 move sharpshooter for other games than just killzone.

I agree, my brother has the kinect and it is good for workout/dance games but that's about it. The wii controller can be fun depending on the game :)

I'd like to see led goggles come in with a motion sensing feature ..sort of like a total 3-d virtual reality type game (whatever the game is)

*not as clunky as this but..you know what I mean.. look left and you look left *in the game*..basically surrounded by the environment. I think this is the next big thing.

I just finished up the new donkey kong country, and while it was a blast to play sometimes, it was one of the most frustrating games I've ever played other times, and a major reason was the sporadic response of the wii remote to movements that are required constantly throughout the game. I didn't mind having to do the movements, but the fact that they weren't consistent was just infuriating at times. Those controls made the game feel so clunky. Add to that the fact that their controllers are $40 + $20 if you want the nunchuk, that just pisses me off.
