I want to take a second to congratulate Rafael122 and welcome him to the board mod community. He's serving as a board moderator for RealGM's Washington Nationals and Baltimore Orioles boards.
We all know Rafael as a really savvy poster. One who brings a friendly touch, a smart command of facts, and a love of DC-area sports to RealGM. The RealGM community is a better one thanks to having Rafael on board as a moderator.
It's baseball season. Whether you're a Nats fan, an Os fan, or just a casual observer of baseball, please consider dropping by and posting your thoughts. And tell your friends about these baseball boards as well.
Together, we can help build these boards to be among the best in the sport-discussion world.
Welcome again, Rafael. Don't take lessons from Miller on how to become a Global.

P.S. Off topic - but as an early heads up. I haven't been doing a really good job as the solo Washington Caps board mod. At some point during the pre-season, I'll be soliciting for a volunteer to recommend to board admins to help me co-mod that board. Perhaps two people.
You'll need to be active, have a demonstrated track record of being a great board member on RealGM. And here's a unique requirement - you're going to have to help me recruit new members - Caps fans - to the board. Yeah, I feel like I'm soliciting Amway agents who have to bring their own clients. But I'm serious about growing the Caps board next season and will have more time to devote to it, as my daughter is getting older. Can you bring new board blood - your work/other friends who love hockey, etc - and help us grow the Caps board? Then I'd love to hear from you.
