HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL no!!!

I wouldn't make that trade for just the #9 pick, let alone add in the #19 as well!!

Would you entertain a swap of:

#9 and #19 for #2?

I'd trade 9 for Beasley

I would. I know Flynn gets a lot of hate on this board but the dude was a beast in college and his chitty play in the A is due to plaguing injuries. A healthy Flynn with a change of scenery would be very interesting. Pekovic could potentially be just as good as anybody we get at #19, at one time he and Gallinari were battling it out for best young player in Europe. Webster and Tolliver, I'm a little lukewarm about though, especially Tolliver.

Yeah, definitely agree with this. I mean, how anemic on offense are we without Simple Jack? A dose of Beastly would cure those ills easily. You just have to make sure that he doesn't turn into a blackhole and kill the flow like Jax does.

I'd send 9,19, and Diaw for Flynn and Beasley.

to OP: We can't even trade our two first round picks without getting one back. Rules don't allow it.

Okay, I saw someone post a Flynn to bobcats trade on the general board. My thinking was Flynn + Webster for #9 and #19 for Tolliver + Pekovic which I thought was pretty good value in a weak draft

I would do:

CHA: Diaw, Diop, 9th, 19th
MIN: Flynn, Webster, Tolliver, Pekovic

Edit: Doc's right, we would have to receive the 20th. So something like this:

CHA: Diaw, Diop, 9th, 19th, 2013 Portland 1st
MIN: Flynn, Webster, Tolliver, Pekovic, 20th

Report: Timberwolves willing to trade No. 2 pick http://dlvr.it/S8qW6 #PBT #NBA

We could use Williams or Kanter. I don't think we have the assets to pull off the trade though. But we are talking about Kahn, so DJ should work.

Are we willing to part with Temple or Livingston? The more PG's the more they'll want the trade.

I would easily pull the trigger on that.

Use #2 to grab Williams. Use #20 to grab a PG (Jimmer ).

Would Minny seriously consider that? Irving might be there for them if Cavs take Williams. But if we could give them DJ and #9, and we have #2, #19, #20 and #39 - yep, I'd do it right now.

I posted this trade, because the wolves are supposedly bringing in Rubio, so they will not be looking for a starting point. Beasley is putting up nice numbers for them, and is likely the same kind of player as Williams. So they do not need a starting three either. Thus the trade down rumours. What they need is a center or two guard. Both could be had at nine. DJ would just be a throw in to justify trading down so far. Of course the Bobcats can use who ever falls to two. That's a no brainer.
