He's right

Miami plays ugly basketball and they suck ass when it comes to offensive execution besides, Lebron and Wade hero ball.

I also thought they should've won in 4, Mavericks had no shots going in until game 5. Then Dirk was sick the entire series, Miami, in a perfect world, with the proper coaching, would've won.

Coaches should be ashamed of themselves when it comes to Lbj

He is the best player, best talent ever in the last 10 years, and coaches use him to do everything. So course his overrall game is gonna suffer.

It's the Tim Tebow effect, he's so effective 9 out of 10 times being a ball handler, passer and slasher and off the dribble player, coaches are not gonna tell him and enforce him to run off screens and post up. Cause he's the best player, and he is needed to rebound pass defend shoot.

I already said game 2 would cost us back when it happened, it was an epic choke job and they should have won in 4 but it is what it is.

What I laugh at is how other people are asking "Will they figure it out?" and all these other questions pretending like Heat weren't 2 games away from the title, like they lost in the 2nd round or something.

I wonder if they will figure out 2 cause that was an epic meltdown when you consider the fact that the Heat pretty much killed the competition in the East. Every series was in 5, completely dismantled Derrick Rose and the Bulls, the best regular season team in the NBA as far as record. Destroyed the Celtics. Eased by Philly besides one game that was another meltdown.

The regular season was pretty horrendous despite the record. Regular season troubles repeated itself in the Finals.

I'm kinda worried about if they will figure it out too.

Will LBJ still be the leagues work horse and have to pass shoot defend and rebound?
Will Heat change the offensive system?
Will Bosh be used differently?
Will Heat get a real PG and a Center?
Will they still use Wade and LBJ as ballhandlers?
Is LBJ and Wade as ballhandlers hurting the team's offense more than we think?
Will LBJ and Wade come back as improved jumpshooters?
Can they beat the season?
Will Spo come back new and improved?

The loss was on themselves,a little more on LeBron (even though Wade and Bosh choked a few times as well) but had LeBron played at his averages those games wouldn't even be close, and even then the Heat still almost swept them.

No doubt the Heat can get MUCH better(chemistry-wise, individual improvements such as jump shooting and post game) but they still could have won this year which is a little painful.

welcome ...
but understand that people are pissed for the moment.
some are pissed ar players, some (like me) ar pissed at spoelstra for being a (Please Use More Appropriate Word), some are just disappointed. and some *cough*HIF*cough* are happy: they say this was a 2 year plan: first the players learn how to play together, then, in the 2nd year, they learn how to coach themselves.

Not a Heat fan but interested by your forum.

Just one comment about the 2 year thing: don't you think that this year was the right time to win. Honestly, most of the people and that was clear in the previews that were available noticed that altough Heat struggled against Bulls and Celtics during the regular season it was going to be another story in the play off because :
1. Heat finally seemed to have it - perfect momentum going into the play off
2. Celtics and Bulls seemed to have lost it - everybody could tell the bulls and celtics were not playing well.

What conclusion I draw is that although it was the first year of the experiment and it may have been a 2 year plan in the beginning, the scenario was perfect for the Heat who were 100% in the P-O vs. 90% in the refular season (some time lower) when Bulls and celtics were respectively 90% and 70% in the PO after they were 130% (am a bull fan indeed but i have to admitt we played better than we truely were during the RS) and 90% in the RS.

Also, it means that if you only look at the PO, i am not sure the Heat has the more upisde here. Maybe Boston is starting to feel the age but Bulls had some glaring holes (SG position) that may be easier to fix than the relative holes Heat had and also the players are younger and they just need to get experience from the playoff. If they can learn how to better manage the effort during the year to arrive in shape for the PO, they may be much more improved.

Sure lets blame everyone but Lebron. It's spo fault he was passive during the 4th quarter, it's his fault James has no post game, it's his fault he averaged 2ppg in the 4th and barely shot the ball. That's today's NBA for you, if they win it's all the player, if they lose it's never the player it must be the coach or teammate. So far that has been the signature of Lebron's career, "it's not my fault". Can't blame it on a lack of talent this year, so lets use spo as a scapegoat. If Pat comes down and coaches and they still don't win the title, who's fault will it be then, the ball-boy? Come one people.
