There's no excuse not to have Patterson in the lineup today against Kendrick, a guy with significant splits.

Looks pretty close to a packed house, which is always nice to see. Jersey's are okay. Nice shade of red.

Hate seeing Halladay in a Phillies jersey tho. Just doesn't look right.

Noooo.. Escobar was pulled from the game. Got hit on the wrist/hand area. Hope it's not any broken bones.

Come on Lind!! You have to take advantage of these opportunities with runners in scoring position.

there's a reason why johnny mac started at 2nd base, even though batting 9th. and such a big game against the phillys on canada day. u think farell would put the best lineup out there on such a big stage.

see ya later hill

Time for Romero to drill Utley or Howard. Kendrick is getting too comfortable working inside, i don't care if he's missing accidently

That was one hell of a moon shot by Thames.

Yeah, he is legit. Legit 5-tool player in my mind.

I'm not ready to make that leap (we'll see).
But I really hope he isn't sent down again.
When they're giving people like Nix/McCoy months to prove themselves (not to mention Davis and the usual suspects) it really irks me when a guy like Thames , who did nothing but what was asked of him, is punished instead of rewarded.

After awhile you need to let these guys sink or swim.

The crowd is being rewarded with a great show it seems. Does anyone know the attendance?

Bautista with his 25th (tied for the lead again)!
This is one hell of a game.
I really hope they win this because Sat/Sun are going to be toughies.
