If I were the Glazers, I would hire....?

With who are available as head coaches, looking at what the talent is that is on the plate, seeing the youth of the core of this team.......if I was a Glazer, I would hire:

1- A proven winner

2- A teacher

3- A coach that earns loyalty from his roster

4- A coach that thrives on fundamentals

5- A coach that is capable of maximizing the talent on his roster....and to the point that some exceed their expectations.

To me, that leaves only one candidate.....and probably the most unpopular one

Marty Schottenheimer
Basketball is driven by three principles:

1) Movement 2) Application of fundamentals 3) Predictability

Doubt that. I'd love Marty ball.

GM Dominik's first NFL job was in scouting dept for the Chiefs, when Marty was HC there.
