I hate the current rule that allows players to enter college for one season then declare to the NBA draft. It ruins continuity in the NCAA game when a team's best player's are leaving after one season, leaving them scrambling each off-season.

If a player coming out of highschool chooses to avoid the draft and enter college he should have a 2 year restriction on being able to re-enter the NBA draft.
