1st true test post Al Horford injury. This team could seriously beat us. On a positive note they have beat exactly 1 winning team on the road and the same goes for us at home. The difference is our win over a winning team at home was with Al Horford.

There are a lot of interesting matchups in this game.

How does ATL have more talent without Al Horford?

I feel excuses coming on

All I know is that this had better be on watch/espn3, I finally get those jackasses at Time Warner and NBA to authorize league pass mobile and it's a nationally televised game.

Blazers are overrated...they started off strong but have slumped as of late...Hawks, on the other hand, have been streaking...Vegas has Hawks by 2, I agree

Blazers have always been pretty stagnant on the road, just gotta contain Batum he's been hot lately, Jamal will shoot himself outta this one as usual

Tough game tonight. The Blazers are better and deeper than us. We can win though as long as we bring a lot of energy and the bench contributes. Glad to see J. Crawford back, dude was great for us.
GO HAWKS.

I hope the home crowd shows some love for Jamal tonight, he was really huge for us during his time in Atlanta

If we win Sund/ownership stands still. If we lose Sund/ownership stands still.

1 game at a time I guess this game does not matter except we see just how good we are without any center.

But I'd love to run through the Western Conference teams and it all starts with a quality center.

I hope we win but I'm not optimistic. And what kind of matchups are those?

Marvin Williams vs Gerald Wallace. or what happens when they go small.

GO HAWKS!

3 - 0 is red hot? if we ever win 4 games in a row watch out!

Jon Barry still asking if Joe Johnson's a #1 option.

Aldridge tip out #1 over 6'8 Smith.

Josh Smith ... Watch him vs the hulking Aldridge. Smothering him 1 turnover already.

We may win but Josh and Joe will not be the reasons. They both looked like garbage as I expected

Starters played 10 min and only up 3. Not a good sign. But damn, we're scrappy and POR looks pedestrian/overrated.

We are underrated and making Aldridge look pedestrian. But POR is deeper and Aldridge can get hot.

Teague would have 7 or 8 assist already if he had teammates that could finish. That's why I don't harp on his TO's. His talent is wasted on this team

Marvin is marvelous (3 for 3 and our leading rebounder), so what do we do? Bench him for about 10 minutes and cool him off.

If one player had a block on one end and then a fastbreak dunk on the other end, who would you assume that one player would be?

That's right, Zaza.
