Bob and Nique appreciation thread

Post#1 » by ATL Boy » Fri Feb 3, 2012 2:06 am

I thought these guys deserved a thread all to them selves; I've watched these guys call Hawks games for years since I came to America. They both work hard and are die hard Hawks fans, I love listening to them call our games and IDC what other teams' fans say about them they're still our broadcasters. Keep up the good work guys.

I've always liked Bob's style of commentary and now that I've become familiar with Nique's style I can tolerate him much much more. Although I've always thought Mike Glenn and Bob had the best chemistry together.

D. Wilkins was one of the best players of his generation so I love to listen to him. It's just so funny that because he was so good he can't understand why some players are kinda limited.. like he will say, he can't put the ball on the floor, or he should just back him down.. when most of the players he analyzes are not nearly as talented as he was.... they don't do those things because they just can't... with that being said, I miss Smitty... his way of breaking the game down makes it so easy for you see what's really going on.
GO HAWKS.
