I like that Horford is locked into a reasonable $12 mil/year deal through 2016, and it never rises. He can't get leverage to force his way out, and he has plenty of upside.

Derrick Williams is just starting his super-cheap rookie deal, and a team will have him for 4-7 years, to wait for upside. I like his athleticism.
