Interest in trade with Wolves?

Post#1 » by FTW Guy » Wed Feb 8, 2012 8:55 pm

Hey all, Wolves fan here. Just wanted to stop by and see what we might be able to find to work with each other for a trade...

I know a lot of Wolves fans have interest in Anthony Morrow. There is also interest in Brook Lopez and obvious MarShon Brooks.

Are there any trades you could see happening? Most of the trade talk centers around people like Wesley Johnson, Luke Ridnour, Michael Beasley, Darko, and Anthony Randolph.

Any trades you could see working out for both sides?

We should also be getting Utah's first round pick this year, so there is that as well.

Any trade like this would have to wait and see for how the Dwight Howard situation plays out, but I could see a potential trade there.

Makes sense.

Perhaps we could even be invalid in a three-way trade between NJ and Orlando.

One trade I could see us doing would be Beasley, Randolph, and the Utah first for Morrow and Lopez. Perhaps if Orlando wants to get involved we could help in you guys getting Howard and we could get Reddick, Morrow, or Lopez.

The Wolves foremost needs seem to be SG and a C, even though Pekovic is playing extremely well lately.

No offense, but the Nets are never trading Lopez for Beasley and Randolph. That would just be a terrible deal for us.

I understand that. I thought maybe those two were more expendable if Howard and Brooks are in the starting line.

Love is more expendable with Pekovic and Rubio, you should trade him to us for Jordan Williams, Anthony Morrow and the Rockets pick.

Man I usually go the other way in fake trades. Giving respect to the other team.

Can we have 2 good players for 2 moody journeymen?

I just don't see the point. Were discussing trades not making them.
