GMAT: March Madness Edition: 2012 Draft (MIL on clock)

Post#1 » by SamBone » Sun Feb 26, 2012 4:04 am

complete rankings will be posted after picks are claimed.

clock will officially start Monday, but you can pick when your turn is to select, you DO NOT need to wait for deadline.

1st round is 1 hour slots, 2nd round will be 30 minutes. Time slots will be adjusted every day, but when a time is posted (will be at least 10 hours prior) that is your time. You gotta send someone that is around a list or you will be autoselected with the next player according to DraftExpress.com

* NOTE: only players listed on http://www.draftexpress.com/nba-mock-draft/2012/ or http://www.nbadraft.net/2012mock_draft can be selected

Sorry to slow things down, but I am seriously considering trading the #2 pick, and need some time to sort through offers. Will resolve as quickly as I can. And keep those offers coming. Only interested in a player of value equal to the pick or very close plus additional considerations.

With the 3rd pick of the 2012 NBA Draft, the New Orleans Hornets select...

Image

Andre Drummond of UConn.

Our thinking is that if Drummond and Favors fully reach their potential, it will be the most dominant front court in a LONG time. Both are extremely athletic and strong finishers around the rim.

With the 8th pick of 2012 NBA draft, Milwaukee Bucks select PF/C Tyler Zeller.

We like his size and position, because good bigmen often have good value.

Austin Rivers. We see him as a well rounded PG/SG with good playmaking and scoring ability. Nice fit in the backcourt with Curry.

Since I slept through my first pick (would've taken Marshall BTW, but I'm okay with Henson), I'm making sure I make this pick.

With the 18th pick, the Denver Nuggets select Patric Young.
