Are there any apps for fantasy notifications?

I hope someone here has knowledge about this.. I have a droid and I'm not looking for a yahoo fantasy bball app or whatever (unless it helps with what I need).

What I'm looking for is an app where I can choose to get notified (emails/texts or whatever) on individual players whenever their status is updated (either on yahoo's notes or rotoworld etc etc). This will help a lot when you're busy, you check your text and it shows you that Kyle Lowry will be out a month so you can drop him asap instead of noticing when you get home.

I hope this exists, if not then someone get on it and make a killing
