The Big 3 need to pull a Magic Johnson

Post#1 » by CablexDeadpool » Fri Apr 13, 2012 2:26 pm

If these MVPs and All Stars really give a damn about winning, they need to pull a Magic Johnson as in, get rid of Spo and the coaching staff and these wack ass overpaid players.

They need to go ahead and say it ain't getting it done and I ain't wasting my time.

And IDGAF if they win it all this year, they still need to get rid of these clowns.

They need to pick who they want because we as fans shouldn't tolerate this ineptitude. How the hell we gonna sit here and watch this crap, we gotta rely on super duper superman heroball just to win playoff games, heroball just to beat regular season championship contenders.

Half the damn team can't even play freaking defense. Only 3 players on the team can freaking dribble. WTH is this ****.

Spo and the coaching staff can't even adjust and the damn GM or whoever picks who to pick up in free agency or trades, can't even get a decent pick.

WTF is a Mike Miller? Really, everybody know he been ass since 2006, wtf is a Mike Miller. WTF is Shane Battier doing having him run around, he's freaking old. Why you think Houston got rid of him, he can only guard one on one, why the hell he gotta run?

IDGAF if they win anymore, idc. They can be champions this year, and I would still say get rid of everybody.

We got a Lebron and Wade, nobody should be able to beat the Heat, they should be going 74 - 8. WTF is this losing crap, losing to a bunch of second stringers, are you f****king kidding me?

Ima go and find out Lebron and Wade's phone number and tell them to get rid of the entire staff and Mike Miller and all these unproductive mofos, just say hell to f*** no.

Magic Johnson did it and got 5 rings out of it. Nothing wrong with players realizing their entire team and staff is trash.

lol

Our biggest issue is our bench. I have a problem losing to mediocre teams. Elite teams, we will have our nights and they will have theirs. I just can't tolerate us losing to **** teams.

We have a very big issue with our bench. No points from them, no wins.

It really is ridiculous when you think about it... 2 top3 superstars and an All Star can't even win against another team's BENCH PLAYERS. Really shows how pathetic our supporting cast/coaching staff is.

Other than the Big 3, Haslem, and Turiaf, I'm fed up with everyone on this team including our sorry ass coaching staff. This team needs an overhaul.

We don't have much flexibility with our bench due to the big 3's salaries, and the contracts we gave to our role players. We're basically spinning our wheels and hoping to hit the lottery with an aging vet free agent or a buyout player at some point, and that isn't much of a plan.

we made it to the finals with big z, dampier, bibby and eddie house playing significant roles

i think turiaf, cole, haslem, miller and battier is 10x better than that bench.

so what excuses are you going to give me now? it cant be that the big 3 are tired because everyone in the damn league is tired at this point. were not the only ones with that issue.

you know what the problem is the filipino video coordinator that got his job by sucking up. the guy is a clown. no way 3 of the BEST players in the league can respect a guy like that whos fidgeting with offenses and lineups with only 2 weeks left in the regular season. pat riley is also a punkass for not stepping up and taking over like he did in 06', godfather my ass. this team can go to hell.

And Spo wouldn't even play damn Eddie House, and he was the only one that can f****king shoot and he's doing the same thing to JJ.

Spo just repeats the same crap.

this. 3 allstars and cant beat another teams bench highlights how unprepared and poorly managed we are. No excusing or hiding from how inept our system and coaching is. Weather out superstars are on the floor or we play all our bench players we get roughly the same results which tells me that the system/coaching is not adapting to our players strengths.

we dont need a loss to the Celtics or Bulls to know that. We have been fans for a long time and recognize our faults but overlook them because we get some wins.
1. Herro 2. Bol Bol 3. Seko 4. Bruno
unless we trade up for Barrett or trade down for PJ Washington

at least there is no doubting now that the coaching staff is not on par with the teams players.. It's like in Pokemon when you train your Pokemon too high that they start being unruly or disinterested until you acquire another gym leader badge.. Spoelstra is in dire need of another badge.

Riley put this team together - he added the role players. He gave Spoelstra the extension.

If we fail for a 2nd straight year, this team will go down as one of the biggest flops in basketball history, period.

I don't care about making the Finals. Expectations are high, and they should be. We have the Big 3 in their primes, making the Finals is not good enough. At the end of the day, just like 28 other teams (29 including us) you get nothing.

Clean house if they can't get it done, and start by firing this clown of a coach.

As i said, the second Riley extended Eric's contract, right there i realized he is not the same general manager we were so used to, that was a flat dumb choice.

Extensions don't mean he can't be fired. I think he was more so extended because Riley wanted him to not be paranoid about loosing his job if we were doing bad (cause a paranoid Spo is probably worse than a confident one)
