Does the "Riley Training System" drain its energy?

Arent Riley's teams known for their training habits? For having one of the toughest, hardest, most grueling training sessions of any team?

Besides last year...Wade hasnt been to the 2nd round since 06?

Is it possible the teams just lack energy, lack endurance, because of the training style of the team?

Sorry, just trying to discuss something other Spo, etc. etc. I know its a shortened season....

But the Heat look like the most gassed team in the playoffs.
