DET/MIN
DET in/MIN out:
Derrick Williams (PF)
J.J. Barea (PG)
MIN in/DET out:
Rodney Stuckey (SG)
Why for DET:
They get a very good PF prospect (better than most in this year's draft) to pair with Monroe and can use their draft pick to address another position. Barea also helps replace the ball handling that Stuckey brought.
Why for MIN:
With the shorter window to compete before Love's extension runs out, Minnesota doesn't have the luxury of hoping Williams can learn a new position quickly. Stuckey brings proven scoring and ball handling. Additionally, MIN moves Barea's contract and frees up 1MM more in cap space.

I like Stuckey as a player, but there's no way we give Derrick Williams for him, the value is not there.

This is really not very close. Severe overvaluation of Stuckey.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

If they added their pick in too, that would be a VERY interesting deal. Stuckey would be a great fit for this team.

Not fair value. I think we are really compatible trade partners. Whats up with Jason Maxiel?

Interesting player but not much of a fit on our team.

Re: DET/MIN
Awful, awful value for the Wolves.
I would hope last year's #2 overall pick and an NBA Champion
would fetch more than Rodney Stuckey.

Even that I don't care for.
Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt
