this is going to be a Franchise type of Draft where u pick players from a Whole Pool of players and coach(only HC to keep things Simple). we will be using a 12 Man Active roster with 3 Spots for Inactive list. im hoping for 30 teams but i want a Minimum of 10 teams and even number.

there will be 13 rounds of Drafting of NBA and International Veterans(all Players who have NBA Experience plus your Head Coach). this draft will be Snake.

then we will have a 3 Round rookie Draft that will not be snake. the Rookie Order will be Inverse of the Player/Coach order.

we will be using NBA Team names to keep it simple and organized. i will make the Order for each Draft when we are filled. i plan on Starting this on 7/10/2012 but i am open minded as long as we have an even number and atleast 5 teams.

Trading Picks is Allowed be all trades Much be Approved by me so we dont have someone doing some stupid Trade like 3 last picks for 3 first picks etc...

we will have teams having Matchups against each other in a 1 game Playoff where it is decided by Votes not by Simulation. Votes will be sent to me confidentially.
