looks like the youngs guys like Gose, Hech, Gomes, etc... etc.. etc... might play most of the second half of the season
im wondering how many games played takes the prospect status off of them... example, Travis Snider was not considered a prospect at age 21-22 just cause he had too much MLB play experience.... how long before same can be said for Gose, Hech etc...
that would suck and kill value having them play in the minors if im rite....
more importantly, does it effect their contract status and controlability?

Re: JAYS prospects status question
130 ab's or 50 innings pitched and they are no longer considered a rookie. Or if they have more than 45 days on the active roster when the 25 man limit is imposed.
Shouldn't really worry about that one too much.
What most people worry about is when they become super two players because you lose a year of control as they are given an extra year of arbitration instead.
