Dynasty League Draft help

I am new to the boards and and am looking for some help as I am also pretty new to fantasy basketball. I recently took over a team in a 3 sport league(football/baseball/basketball) and my team needs work. The first thing I did was trade Chris Paul for Derrik Rose and a 1st rd pick. I now have picks 1.3 and 1.7. The roster spots are: PG, SG, SF, PF, C, Util, Util, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN and the scoring consists of:

Field Goal Percentage (FG%), Free Throw Percentage (FT%), 3-point Shots Made (3PTM), Points Scored (PTS), Total Rebounds (REB), Assists (AST), Steals (ST), Blocked Shots (BLK), Assist/Turnover Ratio (A/T)

My Team: K.Irving/D.Rose/P.George/D.Lee/A.Bogut/T.Evans/L.Williams/R.Foye

My question is who should I target for rookies with my 2 1st rd picks? I have been told that A.Davis and D.Lillard will go 1st and 2nd. Any and all help is appreciated

MKG and Bradley Beal maybe... But guess it depends on what FAs are available. assuming you can pick both rookies and FAs
