What can I do to solidify my team? 8 Player, 9CAT H2h

Post#1 » by vinceWin » Fri Nov 16, 2012 8:50 am

PG: Chris Paul, Stephen Curry, Mike Conley
SG: Kobe Bryant, Arron Afflalo
SF: Nicolas Batum, Thaddeus Young, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist
PF: DeMarcus Cousins, Joakim Noah
C: Marcin Gortat, Brook Lopez
IR: John Wall

At first glance, my team may look balanced but I'm barely hanging by a thread during matchups. What do you think needs to be done with my team? Are there any particular players, namely, stars that I can or should target? If so, who would I offer?

TO's, 3PT, FG% and FT%.

I was offered a trade of Lebron/Lawson/Hickson for CP3/DCuz/Batum. Should I take that? Or perhaps do a Lebron/Lawson for CP3/DCuz/Batum and then pick up Mullens. What do you think?

No dont do that. I'd probably dangle Cousins for a less flashy but more productive big. M. Gasol for example. Less TO, better %'s.

I pulled the trigger on a CP3/DCuz/MKG trade for LBJ/Lawson. Who won?

I think he might get the best out of that deal. Your team couldve improved by simply dealing Cousins for an upgraded fit.

If Wade misses isgnificant time, though, Bron might turn into beatsmode.

I'm not too concerned about his team considering his is the worst. This is what his team looks like now...

My only real concern is, does my new look team have enough to contend with this team?

Also, I feel like Ty Lawson was crucial to this trade. If he can get out of his slump (which I'm taking a risk in hoping that he will), he will definitely help me with my FG% as well as 3's.
