Copy-pasted from the General Board cause I think all Heat fans would find this interesting. I never really got into the NBA until 2006 so I was never around for the pre-draft LeBron hype. Absolutely nuts how much hype LeBron had before he even played a single game in the NBA, and it's even more nuts that he actually surpassed the hype.
Also am I the only one who is surprised at how quickly the media has turned on LeBron between the Decision and him winning a ring? After losing to the Mavs and before Game 6 of the C's series people were ready to call him the most over-hyped player of all time, and now people like Wilbon are pretty much saying that he has Jordan-esque potential.
Makes you realize that media pundits are even bigger flip-floppers than the average bandwagon RealGM troll.
