What to do with Beasley

He's easily been my most disappointing player this year but I don't want to just drop him. He's had some nice games but been too inconsistent overall. I want to try to trade him for another player who's having a disappointing season. I know I should probably just drop him but I feel like he at least has decent potential. I'd want to trade him for someone who gets hustle stats as I don't really need his scoring. Any good idea for potential trade offers? All I can think of now is Gerald Wallace who is having a disappointing season himself but still could be a decent player.
