Trade: Teague for Burks

Post#1 » by Chi town » Sun Dec 2, 2012 3:48 pm

Bulls fans have been chatting about Burks alot since he has not been playing.

Teague is our rookie PG from Kentucky who is young and his biggest asset is defense. IMO if given time he'd be a better backup than Tinsley especially defense.

None of us Bulls fans understand why Burks isn't playing.

Thoughts?

i don't want my team trading lottery players for backups. you can find backup players everywhere, no need to trade you own players for that. there are exceptions of course but this isn't one of them. no thanks.

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

No Teagues for me thank you. Neither of them. With all due respect to Jeff Teague, he is a mediocre player. It is EASY to bring in mediocre players to a team. I don't see him making us better. I aim for more. Not saying I'm looking for a superstar because I know that is not realistic, but I think we should and can strive for more than a mediocre player at the PG position.
