Marcus Thorton

Post#1 » by AlvanC » Sun Dec 9, 2012 10:40 pm

Hey guys, I first wanted to say I am not a Kings fan but I am a fantasy basketball player. I wanted to know what is up with Marcus Thorton? I thought he was one of the kings best players, but apparently he is not even getting valuable minutes anymore. Is he in the Coach's doghouse or is he not as good of a player for your team as I anticipated.

His shot has been off and we have plenty of guards hungry to take some of his mins....Salmons has been playing some guard/forward as well. Not much to see here unless this continues for several more games.

We have been trying to force him to be a role player because we need role players. He isn't very happy about it and hasn't been playing very well in the role assigned to him. (sixth man)

Just drop him, I picked him on 7th round and expect him to contribute right away also. Then, I realize he just sucked big time, give you occasion big game, but overall he isn't worth the fantasy spot at the moment.
