Even if he is a terrible analyst it's not like he'll ever be off the air, since he's Magic. Clippers lose two in a row and he'll retract that statement considering how reactionary he is. For someone who's played the game as well as he has, it's a surprise that he doesn't see the bigger picture as an analyst. I mean how many times has he gone from posting I love what's happening to my lakers, with let's trade this person or that person, or get a new a coach depending on the result of a single game? He doesn't even provide actual analysis, he just spouts off comments that will get headlines.

yeah you can clown magic because the dude is clown saying this. Has nothing to do with Lakers sucking. So what every exciting team now is showtime? doesn't matter you've won no championships or been team of the decade. This along with his "blow the team up" shots a jim buss, pau, and countless other crap he's said on espn i doubt he means it and is more so to get a reaction

Lakers actually play at a faster pace than the Clippers. It's the CLippers D that is actually the main reason why they are playing so well.

Anyone watch Clippers / Denver last night?

That was showtime basketball. Sharp crisp passes all over the place even when players in the paint are passing to other players in the paint.

Yes, I'm not a clipper hater, but I rarely tune in to watch the showtime clippers.

Magic is entitled to his opinion but its not far fetched (given his Love the Lakers) that he is trying to light a fire under their ass.

But its hard to argue that the Lakers are better (even a better show) than the Clips at this time considering records and current winning streaks. The Clips have the chemistry and a deep bench which will make them a factor and hard to catch for the Pacific title. They have a head start but its a long race.

What matters is who will be the better team come April-May. In the meantime it will be good to send them a message on Next time we face them.

I think that in the playoffs, you need to have roles defined and you need a go to guy. I am not sure the Clippers have a go to guy (CP3 prefers to pass and Crawford is a bit wild for my taste). But we will see how it plays out I guess.

the annoying part was before that where he made a point of calling out the lakers and mike d'antoni.

anyways, been annoyed by magic for a few seasons now.

You put a mike into his mouth and you'll see diarrhea flow right out.

I don't mind Magic speaking honestly about a franchise he helped build and loves. Especially when he has been sorta right so far. Plus a lot of other basketball minds feel the same as him. It's not that big of a deal, the clippers are fun to watch now.
