my team is as follow:

PG: Deron Williams,Stephen Curry and Mike Conley
SG: Andre Iguodala , Kevin Martin and Eric Gordon
SF: Thaddeus Young and Andrei Kirilenko
PF and C: Kenneth Faried, Nene Hilario, Anthony Davis, Dwight Howard and Pau Gasol

Two question's i have are first what is this team lacking to win the championship... and second who could i possibly package to get a player like lebron, westbrook or durant..?

You are not getting Durant or Lebron unless you package Curry/Deron and Dwight or something ridiculous for them.

Your one weak link is Nene in that team. Who is on the waiver wire?

no his weak point is having 2 terrible FT shooters in Howard and Faried while also having Curry and Martin who are amazing FT shooters, either flop FT's with dwight and trade all your high FT players that compliment Howard, or flip him and faried for better fits with your current team.

Look at your league head to head stats and see who the worst FT shooting team is and try and trade howard to them.

If this is NOT a keeper league, I would look to trade Howard+Faried for david lee+ decent big man.

Lee compliments curry in that he shoots high %, also gets assists, can amost anchor a team in REB, and with high turn over players such as williams, Curry, Iggy etc... Lee would fit right in

Nene isn't a weak link. He's rounding into beast mode. 14/7 with assists and great percentages?

You're not getting LBJ/Durant, nor do you need to. Be realistic.

Shop D-Will. Dwight/Faried are killing your team's mojo. In a 10-teamer Faried's droppable. Solve the D-Will/Howard problem and you're good.

You're getting butt ****. Conley's been > than Wade so far, and while I'd take Wade going forward, it's close, and Wade has injury concerns. You're being sold a name.

I take Horford over Howard but I bet if I looked at player rankings Howard has more value.

Well Curry is hurt so his value is low.

Martin should be tradable

U also have other injry concerns in Gordon and AK47

I would also trade Young if Bynum is indeed coming back

Keep Curry. Lol, you can't panic just 'cuz his ankle cropped up again. You think anyone would want him anyway?

Trading K-Mart for anything is a good idea if a guy like Kyle Korver is still on the wire. Hopefully you didn't drop Faried; he was meh at the time but he's been a beast since then. Shop Thad and K-Mart; Thad's value will drop upon Bynum's return imo.

Who to target? Well, your team's already pretty good. Hard to say. The best player you can get, regardless of position.

If he still wants Curry now that he's out indefinitely, I'd do Curry for George straight up. Maybe even Curry for Brook straight up. This is dangerous territory for Curry.
