I dont anticipate Detroit trading Monroe for 2 guys who are likely career backups.

IF Monroe was on the trading block we would be getting much better offers from teams than that.

No offense but if you know it's stupid why come and post?

Would you trade Rondo for Kyle Singler and Corey Maggette?

yeah, this trade is equal to the Pistons offering Singler and Jerebko for Rondo.

c'mon man...Pistons aren't trying to destroy their future just to help contenders get better. We aren't ORL

You are not allowed to offer a trade on any board until after you've gone through drug rehab!!!

All fans hype their mediocre prospects, but the celtics are the best in the business. They have successfully created a perception of Bradley that he can bring back a superstar. Its actually really amusing. Any time a big name is on the block you'll see a Celtic fan offer Bradley and "fillers." Then you'll see another celtic fan come say Bradley is untouchable.

Oh my. And I thought WE had a tendency to over rate our own guys...this takes it to a whole another level.

This is the type of trade a guy like Brian Colangelo would make.

Your a Celtics fan not a Laker fan. Its much more likely that Ainge trades Rondo for our spare pieces than the other way around.

Yeah that's a terrible deal. No way you trade to bench guys for a border line young all-star center type. Sorry but it's an epic fail!

General rule: if there's only one team in a trade giving up a potential all star level player it better not be YOUR team.

Easy pass.

Looks like a Piston Pete or vege fantasy in reverse.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

How many first round draft picks would we get from the Celtics?

<laughs>
