Steep price for Curry

Post#1 » by smooveroots » Fri Jan 4, 2013 5:30 pm

Yahoo 9Cat 12 teams league... I was just offered Curry for my Batum & J Holiday...

Yes Curry is nice but that would kill my team..

The other GM has Metta & Kemba the only other worthy players on his team

On waivers right now are Beal, Thompson, Rubio, D Green, Kawhi (he just go on the waiver) & Hedo

Am I being off thinking this way or is he really worth the price?? What kind of counter that make sense I can counter with??... Thanks

My team is in the signature

And how are we to devise a counter-offer when you don't list his team?

This trade is actually close. It's basically Jrue/Batum for Curry/Rubio. I'd take the Rubio side, but I think you can get a little more value. Drop Waiters -- he's sucked all year, why do you still have him? -- and one of Landry, Shved or Hayward for Rubio. I'd probably drop Landry.

Ellis/Batum for Curry. If I were you I'd be trading Ellis for a box of rocks.

Holiday/Batum for Curry and

MWP
Gallo
Turner
Deng

If he doesn't accept any of those, or the Ellis/Batum deal, move on to the next one.

The deal didn't go through, he isn't serious about trading Curry at all. On to the next one!!!
