Boards Freezing Up, Causing Double/Triple/Quadruple Posts?

This has been happening to me repeatedly over the last few weeks, where the boards will randomly freeze up and not let me navigate the boards for up to several minutes at a time, at which point they'll come back up perfectly normally for just a few minutes or many hours. During this time, I might attempt a stop and refresh, after which, it sometimes results in double, triple, and even quadruple posts. This can't just be me, since I've seen a lot more multiple identical posts as of late, I've seen as many as 7 in a row and this is the only site it happens to me on. Thought I'd let y'all know about this.

Yes, I get this too more than other websites. My only conclusion would be that RealGM is very high traffic.

Best thing to do is let the load times finish while posting instead of clicking "stop, refresh". It eventually finishes.

^ I usually do, but a lot of other people don't. Agree with the high traffic thing, but few sites lock up more than what has been going on here as of late. Just wanted to make that known.

A day or two back I got the "too many mysql connections" error message for a while. When I came back a few minutes later I saw that not just my, but every post on the Warriors forum that happened in that time period was double/triple/quadruple posted. I know I didn't submit twice and I'm sure not everyone else did either.

I've gotten that error message a few times in the past couple of days. This is new.

Shpati21: We are very high traffic and are working on a solution for this.

CHA_77_Bobcats: We are going to fix this and again, we are very high traffic.

Floppy: We believe we have fixed this for the most part but as you know, we are still working on this.

happened to me the other day as well and same with every Piston poster posting at that time. I used my super duper blue font powers and deleted all the extras for everyone lol.
