The OG Bobcats Fan Bandwagon

Post#1 » by Elden Payton » Mon Apr 22, 2013 12:11 am

It is known basically only to the Bobcats "super" fans that Charlotte has almost a cult following internationally, combined with the local Charlotte Basketball hoodlums actually leads to a strong small market.

In many years of lurking and membership of realgm there have been many fans/posters who come and go from time to time but are forever loyal.

I really miss some of the great posters on our board and the fact there has been both a jdm3 and SteveMorrison post on the same day is very exciting!

The future of Charlotte basketball is very bright imo and legitimicy is just around the corner for this expansion franchise.

This thread is simply to keep track of the Bobcats fanbase on realgm numbers wise, please sign up to bandwagon by simply typing in your username, this is something I have wondered a long time and I hope EVERYONE signs up to show they were loyal to this franchise before any success.

BlackoutBobcat... may be seeing about shortening it to just "Blackout" if/when the name changes.

Or I don't know, maybe keep it as an homage to the 'Cats years.

I don't think this is necessary for gaining future bragging rights. This post counts anyway I guess. (checking when Ï joined, it looks like it took me about a year to actually sign up and post)

What does OG stand for?

Whether or not if it's win-win or lose-lose, I'm riding.

1st row, upper level, mid-court. 1988 season tix to the CLT Hornets. Been rooting for CLT NBA basketball ever since. Cough, cough. My hip hurts. Oh, almost forgot - MPM.
