Re: Spammer
In the future, you're better served using the report function for highlighting issues with a given post because the mods local to that forum will see the post very quickly and decide if it is an issue they need to handle.

I've reported a few posts and clicked on the button to notify me when the issue is handled. But i don't think i've ever been notified when the issue is handled. Is that a defect in the system, or do mods not want to notify the user who reports the issue? If that's the case, then why have that button available in the first place?

I don't know if regular users are notified when a report is closed, but I know mods are if they are the ones who opened the report.
Either way, the report will be seen and handled, one way or another.

Yeah, I also always click that option and never get notified.
@Dream34 @Howard Mass
Could we get some clarification on this?

Re: Spammer
To be honest, I'm not sure. I don't have experience with reported posts.
