After an embarrassing sweep at the hands of the Mets, the Yanks take their battered egos back to Yankee stadium where reinforcements arrive. Tex! Youk! More power to that anemic offense should help Cano, Well to put something together. A strong start by Sabbathia can't hurt either.

Through 5...Yanks 2-0.

Tomorrow will be a stiffer test with Phil Hughes on the mound. Yanks can't seem to give him much run support, when he's on.

I still think Phil has the stuff but not the thought process to get it done. Think about how Mo has only one pitch but he knows how to set up a batter and work on location. That's the problem I have with Hughes, when he gets two strikes on a guy, he doesn't understand how to mix his pitches.

Time for Cash to start shopping Joba, Hughes with Granderson when Pineda gets the call up. Team needs to start addressing needs.
