2013 Amateur Draft - Mark Appel is the #1 Pick
The Astros selected Stanford RHP Mark Appel with the first pick in the Amateur Draft. I am concerned about signability based off of last year's draft, but this new front office seems a bit better at it than the latter days of the McClane regime.
